Rules: Divide price change by average price change over 10 days.
Example: Two bullish market forecasts in DJIA and SILVER. The DJIA moved up 3% divided by a 1% avg range = "3". SILVER moved up 3% divided by a 3% avg range ="1". The DJIA wins with a 3 range rally.

Ken McCue's SELL SHORT for the SP500 or DIA was 30 minutes after or 1% above the 2:15PM price for the stock market. Well, at 2:45PM the entry for Ken's short was: 129.48 for the DIA or 139.86 for the SPY. This equates to the CASH DJIA at 12,962. Amazing call, for those of you at the meeting that heard his call. Great job Ken.
